SprayBrush – Ninna Table Generation

We have added a new feature in SprayBrush that helps you prepare your project setup faster and more easily.

Based on the selected ranges of application parameters,

    the system automatically generates a cluster table and suggests the recommended number of patterns for your use case. This helps you start data collection faster and with more reliable initial settings, without the need to create the table manually.

     

    What this feature brings:

    • Automatic creation of the cluster table from application parameters

    • Recommendation of the optimal number of patterns

    • Faster and more accurate start of data collection

    • Time savings when setting up projects repeatedly

    Project folders in SprayBrush

    As the number of projects grows, managing the database can become more challenging. Long project lists take time to navigate and can reduce the efficiency of the whole team. To make project management easier, we have added a new feature to SprayBrush – project folders.

     

    You can now organize your projects into clear folders based on your needs, for example by part, department, project phase, or any other category. This helps keep the database well organized and allows every team member to find projects quickly.

     

    Main benefits of this feature:

    • Clear structure even with a large number of projects

    • Faster search and navigation

    • Flexible organization adapted to your team’s needs

    SprayCapture – Filtering in the Image Database

     

    You can now filter the image database by capture parameters – specifically by light type and light intensity. This allows you to quickly find relevant images and avoid time-consuming manual searching through the database. 

     

    Main benefits:

    • Quick search for images based on capture conditions

    • Filtering by light type and its intensity

    • Better overview even in large databases

    • Time savings when analyzing and comparing images
     

    SprayBrush Moving to a New Domain

     

    As of April 17, 2026, the domain sprayvisionsim.com will no longer be supported for SprayBrush.

     

    SprayBrush will be available exclusively at:

    If you are already using the new address, no action is required.

     

    Important information:

    • The functionality remains unchanged

    • There are no changes to your data, user accounts, or licenses

    • This update only affects the application domain

    We recommend updating your bookmarks, internal documentation, and, if applicable, your firewall or whitelist settings.

     

    Do I need to take any further action?
    If you access SprayBrush directly through your web browser, no further action is needed.

    SprayVision LabDays – Coating Optimization in Action 

    Our two-day LabDays event once again brought teams together in our Ostrava laboratory to work on real coating challenges using SprayVision technology. Through live demonstrations and hands-on optimization, participants explored spray pattern behaviour, wet thickness insights, and smarter process control, all focused on turning data into confident production decisions.

     

    For our clients, the support does not end after implementation. We continue working through advanced lab training that can help you further optimize your processes and get the most from SprayVision.
